Camp Kolukkumalai is situates in the lap of the" highest tea growing estate in the World"
Kolukkumalai is 500 acres of land which has 200 acres of tea and the rest is a thick forest and grass lands
We can reach only by jeep from Suryanelly which will be an hour ride on jumpy bumpy rugged road Once we reach Kolukkumalai we can trek from 2 hours to 4-5 hours through tea plantations, shola forests, grass lands etc…,
Program
Day 1:
- 2.00PM - After reaching Suryanelly and will be transferred to Jeeps for the adventure ride, an hour ride will take you to the highest tea growing estate in the World.
- 4.30 PM - After reaching the Camp we will have a small brief about the camp and we will visit the tea factory,
- 07.00PM - Overnight in the tents with campfire and dinner served at the campsite
Day 2:
- 5.30 AM - wake up wake up Our camp situates in the Eastern Slopes we will have a spectacular Sunrise so our day will start from the sunrise.
- 7.30 AM - Breakfast time
- 9.00 AM - After breakfast we will start our trek to kolukkumalai peak trough neelakuirnji trails it will be a moderate challenging trek (as per Indian standard).
- 12.00 PM - Drop back to suryaneli
- Package Includes :- Dinner, Breakfast, Tent Camp, Campfire, Trekking, factory visit, sunrise view trekking, Transport.
